1. Controller

2. The short version

This website sets no cookies, uses no profile-based tracking, and loads no fonts or scripts from Google. Personal data is only processed when you actively submit it to us (pilot application) or when it is technically required to operate the site (server logs).

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical access data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type, and operating system.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Pilot application (form)

If you apply for the pilot program via our form, we process the data you provide: first name, email address, hotel name, and optionally country, team size, shifts per day, tools currently in use, and your message.

Processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) — specifically, to review your application and contact you.

We use Formspree (Formspree Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) for the technical delivery of the form. Your form data is processed on servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/.

Your application data is used exclusively to select and onboard pilot hotels and is never shared with third parties. If no cooperation results, we delete the data no later than 6 months after the selection process ends.

5. Web analytics with Plausible

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia), a privacy-friendly analytics service hosted in the EU. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no personal data; IP addresses are not stored permanently and are not linked into profiles.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring website reach (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). As no cookies are set and no profiles are created, no consent is required.

6. Fonts and external content

All fonts are self-hosted on our server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other font service is established when you visit the site.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
